As a former professional baseball player, I understand the pressures that come with competition and the importance of maintaining a healthy balance on and off the field.  I am dedicated to ensuring our youth are prepared both mentally and physically in order to reach their full potential.  Our young athletes are faced with unique circumstances that require expertise in diet, exercise, physical ability and mental skills. Ballers and Scholars assist with all aspects of the game and provides a strong foundation and proven routine for players to continue at higher levels and a better brand of baseball.   Finally, having the mental tools such as, visualization, discipline and goal setting are skills that aid in performance anxiety and provide the mental edge that will help our youth succeed in all of life's goals.
